Nervous for tomorrow but I think if I add in the belt I should do fine. Lately been pulling 500 easily without the belt, I know I got this.
You guys wanna see a really awful squat? This was my 320 for 1. I’m pretty sure it counted but it for sure wasn’t pretty.
For the longest time I’d stopped squatting all together and two weeks ago I decided to start again just incase I actually wanna compete
My feet are wonky probably because I wear tennis shoes
I lean forward when I get stuck for a split second

Also yes I know I’m fairly fat no I don’t care

ChapStick and Confidence
I have one but completely lost the other. It used to be I had no doubt about what I could do I surpassed my expectations nearly every time but I’ve lost that. Today I found myself questioning whether or not I could pull four plates which I’ve been doing forever. After failing 560 a few weeks ago my strength is gone as well as my confidence. I did pull 500 beltless which isn’t my best but its till not bad
It’d not like I did anything to it but for the past little while when I wake up on Saturdays my back feels like shit so I can’t properly lift.
This combined with the messed up wrist all kill me. I haven’t felt that fire for lifting in what feels like a life time. I miss it

As I was coming up I could feel it and I looked in the Mirror knowing what happened and nearly cried.
My hands still sprained pretty much from February and now this. Good luck with your lifting goals everyone because mine aren’t going anywhere this year
Finally got my 5 plate deadlift went on to do 500 since this was so easy
five plate and 500lbs in a day i can deal with that.
Huge sweat stain on my asscrack yes i know, no i don’t care.
This was two weeks ago clearly geared. Should be going for 500 this week but I missed last week and so I’ll probably be going for 495 Saturday.

New PR today for my deadlift. 485 ten pounds up from last week.I might not look like much but…….idk how I feel like finishing this sentence
475 deadlift pretty sure when I did it I heard the powerlifting kid cringe. But I walked away without my back hurting which is unusual.
I tried to do some rep work after but My body was done.
