Got a Slipped disc today during deadlifts

As I was coming up I could feel it and I looked in the Mirror knowing what happened and nearly cried.

My hands still sprained pretty much from February and now this. Good luck with your lifting goals everyone because mine aren’t going anywhere this year

Finally got my 5 plate deadlift went on to do 500 since this was so easy

five plate and 500lbs in a day i can deal with that.

Huge sweat stain on my asscrack yes i know, no i don’t care.

490 deadlift

This was two weeks ago clearly geared. Should be going for 500 this week but I missed last week and so I’ll probably be going for 495 Saturday.
Even put it on YouTube this time

So Im working on my maxes again wrists still pretty bad but ill survive

Anyway

New PR today for my deadlift. 485 ten pounds up from last week.

I might not look like much but…….idk how I feel like finishing this sentence

475 deadlift pretty sure when I did it I heard the powerlifting kid cringe. But I walked away without my back hurting which is unusual.

I tried to do some rep work after but My body was done.

This was my PR for the day 470.

Back needs to be straighter and butt needs to be so much lower. Right after did this I watched and audibly said “oh god no!”

My last pr was 455 so I can deal with the 15lb increase

This was a new PR for me. 465.
My next video made me cringe.

This is 320 or 315. I don’t remember is this was my max for the day or not but after maxing deads I can deal with it.

I was trying for parallel I can deal with this. Standing back ups always rough for me though.

mHere’s me failing my squat. It’s only 315 and 325 is my max. What went wrong: When ever I do a squat video I always pay more attention to the video. As a result you can see when I start I go down to fast without concentrating.

I think this was only 225 but its my ATG squat. No real point to this. I have more videos this is just the start

My previous PR was 435 but my back was bad. Today I tried 455 atleast not sure If I got 460 after this or not.

I pretty much just went for 455 thinking I’d fail. But I did it.

My butt needs to be lower and back needs to be straighter. But I’ve been doing this since the beginning pretty much and it works for me.

Comments or concerns are appreciated.

Alright Guys this is my last one This was my first official 4 plate (4 on each side) deadlift. I had done more but this time I only used 45’s. Unfortunately it’s not angled so you can see it but trust me it is 405. My best of the day was 430

This squat was better. I feel like I should be going lower other wise I don’t feel that bad about it. If this were a competition would that pass?

I think this was only 275 again. I’m also well aware that I have tiny legs.
